I’ve had the game since day one, was playing with three other friends. I became inactive for a few weeks while the first round of fixes was being worked on. Because of a low server population they moved to another server using their tokens, when I went to start playing again, I have no token to transfer worlds, even though I had a day one account, my character is lvl 40. Theres 0 chance I will level a new character to join them, so I pretty much just wont play the game anymore if I cant transfer to their server. Any help with a transfer token?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The transfer tokens were given to characters that logged in the game on the token gifting window (October-November 22), I’m sorry you can’t play with your friends on your level 40 character, at the moment we don’t have a ETA for more transfer tokens due to some issues discovered with the previous transfer waves. The team is working hard to deploy a solution as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on the official news section for updates on world transfers.

I understand your concern about the free transfer token. The free transfer tokens were issued to the existing players who had active accounts from October 20th to November 21st. And this was turned off for new players on November 22nd.
As of now there is no update or ETA on the next wave of issuing transfer tokens but I would request you to please wait & check our official news channel here Official News - New World Forums for any further updates on the same.
