Please dear god no! One of the things I love about New World is it’s realism and seeing people wearing cat outfits would put me off the game entirely. Totally breaks immersion.

No kidding. I’m all for new skins, but let’s keep them consistent with the games atmosphere as opposed to ridiculous.
For example, we could try a skin that causes a player to lag or disappear from the game entirely!

And they wonder why this game is on the down hill. Listening to player ideas like these and implementing them would only go to futher the downfall of this game. No matter how much money is involved.

Because of the track record of many companies in MMOs they WOULD think of adding such skins.

i would like to se more ^ingame animals^ skins by the way, like when you skinning(mining) the elemental bears or elemental dear and you have a skin textured like them.

Add a conquistador armor with a helmet with cat wears and a tail + a neko fire staff skin with a meow emote, that would make it very lore friend.
