I was pleasently suprised with the new start, great!
Have you tweaked the visuals, they look cleaner and clearer, I’m in New Zealand playing on the US East server, and the ping isn’t too bad, its a bit of a pain at the well, I end up standing on its roof 
Having that new NPC follow you questing sure cuts down on the time spent running around. The quest item (great big yellow things) could be toned down a bit, and kills (boars wolves etc.) that fall in dense foliage could use an identifier so you can find them. Other that that, Im impressed so far.
