Today there is a new bug with ICE STORM. Now i cast it and it will randomly does no damage at all. I tested on boars and skeletons, sometimes it works properly and roughly 4/5 times it does no damage at all.
I am not using punishing storm rune, I am not swapping weapons, I am not using the unending thaw attribute.
This is a new bug that started this morning.
