The attached craft mod and other like it are rewards received from the PvP track implemented in PTR currently.

However these craft mods are all Bind on Pickup, and due to their nature as craft mods, they require an induvial to have 200 armoring to utilize them.

These craft mods are essentially useless to anyone without 200 armoring. They NEED to be made Bind on Equip before this update goes live.
