If you can fix coding problems, if you can block the illegal ways technically, i’m ready for “wipe”, for the greater good. We love this game, if you need, just clean the table…

They can wipe and give an exp bonus and loot bonus for 2 weeks or something so everyone will be back in a few hours. Like this they will pull most of the players that left the game . It can be a success over the failure.
I think this game does need a wipe however I really don’t think I can do the quest line over again I’m only lvl 45 and the quest line is very repetitive. I have been holding off on my crafting until I really can’t handle one more shitty quest and finish off to lvl 60 with crafting and working on skills.

There are still private methods exploits available out there
Wipe or make everyhting in game free so gold doesn’t matter

I would be pretty upset as I don’t play too much and I’m passionate and spending my time enjoying this world. To lose all my progress would suck. Big time.
Just wipe our items/gold if it’s that bad. But, wow… I’m kind of shocked how far this has gone.
A wipe after people have played hundreds of hours would kill the game faster than anything else you could suggest.
Even the biggest exploits don’t actually affect the majority of players on most servers. Many players likely have done fairly limited trading. Many of the ones that have may have never even inadvertently traded with a duper.
Once they’ve banned the dupers and gotten rid of everything they still had in their possession, I doubt their duped wealth and items had spread to that many players on most servers. In cases where transactions had only gone one layer out, they could even reverse those if they wanted to. Maybe in the cases of certain servers where it was rampant, they’ll have to do some additional steps like rollback gold or something, but I hope even that won’t be necessary anywhere.
I do agree the game probably released too soon and has way too many major bugs for a released game, but you can’t un-release it now and re-release it later.

Im curious why you see a server wipe as punishment ?
The bug was known since beta.
We just need new servers you can’t transfer to. We need them after they get all these bugs fixed and keep it that way for about a month.

so why should i be punished? it’s that simple.
I could get behind a server wipe as long as players get to keep their character level because I aint doing that again.

Why is the response always “NUKE IT FROM ORBIT”. There are plenty of options that don’t require everyone else being punished lol…just go through logs, remove duped stuff, perma ban exploiters…and move on. easy.
I’d scrub all gold and items. However, also reduce the crafting grind by at least eight hundred percent, let everyone quickly hit 200 in everything with little effort. Make an NPC that hands out tokens that will give you a free set of voidbent gear.
Try to fix things and reintroduce grinds later when you eventually add more levels to characters and crafting, etc which I think they were going to do anyway in a future expansion. Let all 60s be equal in pve and pvp for now until things get sorted.

Well eventually as things are sorted you introduce the 700 GS legendary set that makes it obsolete. 300 crafting, new zones etc
