New Gear Equipped message not showing

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I clicked on my lock gear that I was going to trade to someone and it slotted with no message appearing.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Item is now bounded to me when I was going to trade it to someone else.
