Most of the changes they have made in the past have improved gameplay. I trust them to keep on making improvements.
Not all changes are going to be 100 percent successful, but they have made the right moves so far. Obviously not all have been 100 percent a success but there has been definite improvement.
Oh itās fine. Iāve been behind AGS since Launch (and still am). Itās just a personal thing. I always hate it when the āNerf the worldā whiners win any of their battles.
Heavily considering musket hatchet. Just for the berserk and the root throwing thing.
Also considering slapping on the amulet I ran forever. Health Alacrity Purify, and doing away with the health divine stam recovery that I use now.
Also considering going back to healthy toast refreshing toast and nimbleā¦and doing away with refreshing.
Anything that can potentially improve mobility, and survival, if I get snuck up on. Also using one of the stoneform heart runes.
Would normally fight up closeā¦and enjoyed doing it. Guess I may be going back to being an annoying nuisance at a distance, instead of being more productive up close.
Still gonna make rapier workā¦just want to experiment a little with hatchet and or maybe blunderbus and musket trapper tree (lots of fortify, slows, rend, and knock downs)
With the addition of the heartglass gem cases you can stack up to an additional 8 percent base weapon dmg in your armour at just a fraction of the protection your armour provides.
This combined with the elemental damage over time 8 percent for 3 seconds) that you can slot into your weapon ensures that dmg output across all builds is noticeably increased.
From my own testing on the PTR, healing doesnāt have this significant buff.
i think making all melee hits apply a slow and not giving the same to ranged or magic will shift the meta so far in melees favor as to make ranged and magic fall off the face of the map.
how is it fun with 18 players playing ranged in oprs tho? its more fun with melee no??? like its driving me mad seeing how many ranged there is at the moment
man im the EU top1 RANGED HATER, the last months i became so toxic versus ranged players that its not fun anymore, im just tired of this meta, just PEW PEW PEW.
I think we still miss the real counter for ranged shooters: a rogue/assassin class. You know, something with daggers, backstabbing, invisibility and so on. A class that can approach unnoticed a ranged one.
Problem is that, if we get this, will be a terrible class to deal with.
