Describe the issue you are experiencing: Unable to gather or mine. Our territory upgrades rolled back during server crash

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: extreme loss of upgrades, cant gather anything, cant mine anything.

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Shutdown to desktop then relog helps mining and gathering. Territory rollbacks still not corrected, was told to wait till next maintenance for it to be corrected per live chat, nothing fixed.
