Describe the issue you are experiencing: Well, my beard was shaved off with this new patch, and my Tier V shield was downgraded from Purple to Green and lost 2 perks. There is nothing in the patch notes to explain these changes.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I no longer feel like a man without my beard. My shield will have to be replaced if it cannot be fixed.
