New Player banned without any reason

Dear Game developer,

two weeks ago me and my 5 friends start to play Amazon’s New World. We recently became a 60 level. We played fair game, we did not accept any money or item from a stranger, we never used any add-ons and we did make any cheats. After the recent update, I tried to open the game but I received banned message due to cheating. Therefore, I need someone to check my game activities and inform me if I did something wrong which requires a ban. Could you please provide me a feedback ? I will accept any outcome but I need a reason. This is important because if I did something wrong, I’d like to know so I won’t do it again.
