What on god’s green earth are you guys doing over there at Amazon? Revamp of the game is coming and you honestly didn’t expect a sudden influx of new and returning players?
I mean I’ll never run this shit again in my life. Or any other game Amazon studios make for that matter. You sell me a game which I cannot play during afternoons and evenings. As if your expected and reported playerbase are all grandpas in armchairs. Pathetic!
Just wait for the Brimstone Sand update to come out, alot will change with it.
As for queues, an devs said they will open more server over time if needed, they dont wanna open up to many as last time, back then all servers was low population and players asked for merge.
They take it slow and easy, so be patient.
Thanks for your calmness, but I just don’t have it. So I got this one measly character of mine to level 23. Now I can’t get into the server and play. So I have an option to move that character to another server (world), correct? Yeah but I can only do that from within the game after I get to log in on that particular character. What??!!
Oh but that’s not all! You also have to pay Amazon the same amount you bought the actual game for in order to do that.
I’m honestly looking behind my shoulder trying to find the hidden cam here.

I did mark your reply as a “solution” because that’s a finer explanation of what is going on than what I got from that ape of an agent who just wrote “There is nothing neither you or us can do in regards to high queue times at this point”.
To which I respectfully thought to myself: “Well who tf should I talk to then?”
You can transfer to another server yes, but I wouldent do that just yet, now when ASG open up one new server in each region, they getting full fast.
Hopefully next new servers coming will be more.
If you havent used your 2x free transfers already, its a pay cost on them yeah.

Thats like nothing when there are no free tokens given. Some servers have 1k+ in queue rofl
