New player here (PTR), the customization options are lacking a lot in 2022.
Some of the hair i could not even change color.
Is this a bug?
I don’t know about the hair color that can’t be changed, but I agree that the customization options are indeed lacking for a game of 2021, moreover an MMO, in which a player should be able to create a unique avatar. I just think they have other priorities, which is good, they did a great job of improving the game during this last year. I just hope that a barber will be added to the game one day, as well as more options.
