I thought devs canceled that idea, but still, i don’t think giving such a second chances woulld be any good, especially in PvP combats
They did…and I hope it doesn’t come up again!
The amount of people who want this to go live is concerning. Good thing its at least postponed.
Self activating potions should not go live. Using potions yourself manually at the right time is a skill factor and shouldnt be removed by an automated system.
This is old news, there’s no self actuating potions, please stop bumping this dead thread about a dead topic.
lets hope it stays forever like this.
why would anyone Necro this garbage idea from the grave, who would be capable of such evil.
In a perfect game with no bugs that should be.
I died multiple times because the potions didn’t activate as I pressed the key ( they were not on cooldown ) , might have been lag or other issues but it happened, so in this case the potions should have been helpful.
By other issues I guess you mean stagger.
This pretty much sums it up. I like having the high risk of death looming over my shoulder. Thought they dropped this idea though.
Non staggering attacks do stop you from activating potions for some reason though
Oh dear
They did but always a fear it comes back
lest we forget. yeah, we should keep up the fight against this from ever being a thought in the future.
This would have made it in game if it werent for the outrage on the forums.
Always remember.
Indeed
A good thing to remember. We are the last line of deffense from this game hitting an iceberg and sinking completely.
Every time I see this post get resurrected I die inside a little bit lol
I still say Self-Activating Potions will be GOOD for PvE only. I fully understand the backlash from the PvP side where it’s not favorable. There’s no damage to gameplay utilizing this for PvE.
Request some clarity, has this idea been removed from future development/patching or is this still planned for the future? Thanks!
No. I am a PVE player and I think it is one of the most stupid ideas I had heard in a long time. I sincerely hope this never sees the light of day. What next, auto attack dodging?
