I know it costs developer and team more time and resources. But the game isn’t playable anymore with 2,5k queue everyday.
1 of best solution is server with more than 1 channels, developer has implemented new server creation under 2 days after all current servers full, instead implement that under the server, it takes maximal 7 workdays, ignore all current bugs. This is more important! Transfer server is not easy when you have queue around 100+ until 12 AM midnight!

How would that work with the territory system?
Territories are still owned by same guild, only the open world will be divided by several channels, yes i know there is a negative side that all people have more freedom on farming, and prices/economy will be changed. But it’s better than 3k people not able to login neither change server
So you accept the fact that companies will be making 2x what they currently do and fewer players will be able to participate in wars and invasions?

To be fair, if you create larger servers with the same number of territories, you decrease the portion of the player base that participates in wars. Queues go down every day. Creating larger servers would be detrimental to the long-term health of the game.
I think the problem is the server structure and the business model.
They made a server structure that requires loyal, long-term players who log in every day but their business model and release schedule is designed for a casual vibe and go as you please… They contradict and they’ll constantly be opening new and merging old servers.
I think so sort of overflow system, which only activates when the queue reaches a certain number, is necessary.
So the main server is where territory conflict and wars happen (if you are in a company that owns a territory you always get main server priority). The overflow would be a snap of the main server but no territory mechanics active. Instances would be shared. This would let folks play and keep the territory mechanic viable…
