When are the new servers coming out?

I enjoyed to play game at El Dorado server but i didn’t like my nickname
so i deleted it. I tried to create a new character but couldn’t
So now I’m waiting for El Dorado or a new server
I wonder how long do I have to wait
please answer about my question
