Hi all not sure if this has been suggested or not but please do not repeat history and lock us into servers without a way to get out. This should be possible but my suggestion is to allow transfers between the new servers aka creating a cluster for them. This has multiple bonuses to the new server cluster.

people are more likely to stick to their new fresh character. If they are forced to start over when the server locks and their friends can’t create a new character they are more likely to return to their main characters rather than starting fresh again. Although the new leveling experience would be nice for a time i doubt ppl will continually start fresh until they find a server they can all play on together. Allow us to move our fresh server characters to the server of our choosing right off the rip. dont lock us into a server and kill the new servers by not allowing people to transfer their already progressed characters

Economy benefits. Unsure how you devs feel about the current effect of server transfers to the economy but in my opinion its very healthy and helps balance the servers out and allow players to secure bis items easily while keeping the economy across servers relatively the same. I know personally now on the live servers when my server gets locked the economy feels like it shuts down or has a big halt in movement due to the lack of transfers.
Please create a cluster for the new servers and allow to transfer to and from them!!!
