Dear Amazon, Thank you for opportunity of appealing and reviewing my account. On September 28 2022, I found my account be banned this morning. But I played New World last day without any problems. Honestly , yesterday my PC was broken. So I logged my account on the computer of my friend whose PC was banned by Amazon because he cheated before. BUT, I didn’t know that! OMG! My friend apologized to me but my account is banned forever! Dear Amazon, I have been playing this game for almost one year with a lot of my friends. I ordered many suits in the store. I love this game so much. I just do the same things as other players in this game. I didn’t cheat, I just used the wrong computer to log in to my game account.I really want my account back. Please give me a chance to play this game again. Once again, I would like to apologize to Amazon. I have been playing the game for a year and my account was banned when I logged on someone else’s computer for the first time. Just letting you know, no one on the forums can help. You’ll need to submit a web ticket to get any sort of response on ban appeals.
