New World Crashes PC No fix in sight

Just built a beauty of a PC. Ryzen 7 5800x and RTX 3070ti. I was cautious and followed all recommended steps to ensure my GPU didn’t brick.
-Updated windows and ALL drivers
-Increased virtual memory.
-Downloaded MSI after burner and lowered power to 80%
-Set maximum frame rate in Nividia control panel to 60 fps

And still cannot get past the loading screen until my PC completely shuts down. The last thing I see before my PC kicks the bucket is Mem spiking to an absurd number (MHz).

Truly saddened to see this STILL happening considering how much time has elapsed since release. 530 hours just wasted. Big Sad :frowning_face:

I am sorry the game is crashing but no worries let’s try some stuff so we can try and fix it.

Tell me, has the game showed you any error messages whenever it crashes?

I also would love to know if you have tried any of the known troubleshooting methods.

I don’t receive any error messages as the game hard crashes my PC.
As far as trouble shooting I simply followed the steps provided in the pinned topic labeled “Game keeps crashing? Follow These Steps!”

I am sorry none of the methods worked under the thread Game keeps crashing? Try any of these steps!

In this case then it is better to escalate the issue with out technical team so they can take a look at this issue.

I will go ahead and give you the instructions so we can escalate this issue:

First, you’ll need to contact our Live Chat Support in this link Contact Us | Amazon Games

You can send them the link of this thread so they can check the troubleshootings you tried on your end.

You will need to forward them the next files:

  • Provide 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
  • DxDiag report: Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag. Click on dxdiag.exe. When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
