The new world game support site does not track tickets. There are no responses being tracked by the website.
Tickets need to be tracked along with support replies with times and dates.

I can see your concern and I have an answer about it, first of all thank you for bringing this to the table so we can clarify it.
We have a special team of support dedicated to resolve, track and report all the incomes through the new world game support website.
I hope this information works for anyone who have the doubt about how it is handle.

I made a report and included a link to a stream full of exploits and was told to dig through for timestamps or submit an in game report.
I don’t work for Amazon and did more than my part by bringing this to you all’s attention and providing all the evidence you’d ever need… tell me that’s logged somewhere?
