i am playing with 100 ms avg on fiber connection from my country
when in all other mmos like wow,swotr and games like cod mw2 i am getting 50-60 ms top
i am playing on ihotep EU server

I understand your average ms on MMO are 50-60, but New World always run on 100 ms or more.
Proceed to check updates for Windows. Then you can try to make a Forward ports on your router for New World to improve connection. Follow instructions here.
If no improve is seen after this steps you can contact AGS customer support to create a ticket and escalate your case.
Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report; instructions for generating a DXdiag:
