Many of the new and upcoming updates are good for the game.
(Remember they even improved the leveling process with more models etc.)
We get Arenas, New Dungeons, instanced wars (finally and i dont get why they havent been before) and many other improvements of the game.
But there is a problem that is the following:
AGS just cant push out enough of this content to keep players interested for a long time.
For expample: They work on a dungeon for a few months - it hits live servers - we play it a few times - and the content is already kind of played trough.
The thing players desperatly need is repeatable content and just 1 new Dungeon with Mutation 1-10 is not enough.
The easiest ways to generate repeatable content would be:

Rated Arenas with ranking-dependent titles for each season. Just like wow Gladiator title so i can tryhard with my friends and flex in windsward if my team succeded in that season. It would also be a super good reference point for the balancing of different builds. If there is just one build in the top 1% of arena teams it might need a slight nerf.

Rated / Company Oprs: Companies could test their skills more regulary in rated 20 v 20 oprs.
The implementation of a New opr map would be great too. Maybe 10v10 map so i can play at 4 am. -
Capture the flag opr mode for variety would be nice. Warsong gulch matches in wow were some of the most exciting games ever and would bring an actual use to tank builds in pvp.

Rankings in mutations as well as rare gear that can only drop in high mutations - for now we can just get all the gear in Muta 1 and

Maybe a special skin as a reward for getting top 1% of those rated season achivements. It doesnt even have to be a full set. A special skin for the weapon we achived the rating with would be enough of a status symbol to get people to tryhard for that achivement and since it´s always against other players (in arenas or the rating of other players in dungeons) AGS wouldnt have to put much extra work in to keep it exiting every season.

Some super rare and actually very usefull drops in elite zones so people would do those more frequently again.
While the game in the current state isnt in its best form im convinced it could draw back players with just a few good updates. The game itself is beatiful and it would be a shame if the good construct of the game would go to waste because of the lack of repeatable endgame content, bad balancing and bugs.
