What is your character name in New World: regular archon
What server/world did you experience your issue on: N/A
Describe the issue you are experiencing: Every time I launch New World it takes me to a bugged screen, I am unable to proceed pass this screen no matter what I try.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can’t play.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I just launch the game.
Please help I’m just trying to play the game. Also sorry if this is a simple fix and I’m being stupid, but I’ve never had a problem like this before, and I can’t find anything online about it.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues trying to launch New World. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot your issue:
- End the New World task in the task manager.
- Win key + R
- Type %appdata%
- Go to AppData > Roaming > AGS > New World
- Delete the Savedata folder and the user_preload_settings.cfg file.
- Reboot the PC and you’ll see that the files deleted would be recreated.
- Verify integrity of the Steam Files
- Relaunch the game and check if you can access to New World properly.
If the issue persists, please contact our customer service in order to file a ticket on your behalf to have a deeper look into this matter.
