Hello, go to this site : Test your IPv6.
It will tell you if the probleme come from your side, if yes try try restarting your connection that should stop the probleme, if not at least you’ll have a hint on what to look for on google ^^.

I am facing this issue at the moment after playing earlier today. Nothing has changed from my end. I tried the post fix as well as everything else shared by the community, yet the problem persists. Anyone able to offer a feasible solution?
Yeah they update the game and it breaks
Had same issue today after patch.
After turning off IPv6, twice verified steam files was able to log in.
And had ingame issue with invisible chests.
After restart game got error with “no product info…” again.
253 hour played. Had a two week break. Patched game today and now i have this error. Thanks, AGS!

Check files in Steam, Uncheck internet 6 protocol and main - RESTART MODEM AND ROUTER!!! - after - restart PC - - - → Must be fixed!

Today change my router, have that error and this fix it. Many thanks for help!
If nothing else works, try turning off Windows Game Mode and Game Bar. Worked for my friend after he tried ALL of these.
I changed my VPN to a different server location, and after doing that, I no longer got the error and was able to enter the game again. From what I read this might have “flushed the IP addresses which are causing the problem” So check your VPN if you use it (probably 99% of people don’t use VPN so my message won’t help you)
