New World not responding freezes

Hello
1-2 minutes after entering the game, the game freezes and we get newworld not responding error.
We have encountered such an error before, the problem is related to newworld.

When I log in with VPN, there is no problem.

We had such trouble before, New world had solved this problem.
General Problem.
