Issue: some npcs are not loading like the ones near the progression like lumber or the ones with side quests. Bug
No I can’t recover from this issue Because I can’t continue with certain quests and I can’t transfer servers either the option is not there. I haven’t done anything I just did quests and now the npcs in monarchs bluffs are gone
