Sale, or any discount to the oryginal price should be shown in any place on the web that advertise the game to buy, I am not web page designer but this element should by dynamic to show current SALE price, at the moment the only way to find out that New World is on SALE is to click the link to steam or amazon store.
If my journey to the website would end on that first screenshot i would never know that i might be missing a great deal!
