Nice pvp content.. running back and forth with pvp missions and swapping forts

I’ve been running the quests and killing, the actual pvp is what gives me the most xp by far. But if every1 is killing then the xp drops drastically. My own faction gets mad at me for pvping and ruining the “peace”

PvP missions should give no PvP XP and no Azoth Salt.

Ur intention is good, but the ppl who abused fort swap they will make teams and kill each other too for abusing killing 5 players quest aswell.

Simply REMOVE PvP XP and Azoth Salt from PvP missions. (option 1)
Only first 3 PvP missions gives PvP XP and Azoth Salt, after that u get 0 (zero). (option 2)

Apparently they just want to cheese xp and not fight. I went to FL fort yesterday and there were 3 purples standing on point. When I engaged them they didn’t fight back and a yellow came by and told me to stop cause they had an agreement?! I shook my head and teleported out and played arenas. The loud pvp contingent in these forums bark loud, but seldom want to open world pvp. I can’t tell you how many times I have engaged on pvp missions only to have them run away.

This community want always new content then abuse it from the beginning. And this community have no shame or dignity, majority speaking.

They want PVP the problem that the game must create an inducement for competition and not allow agreement between players.
For that, just create a ranked event with an MM system to avoid manipulation.
Basically there would be a need to capture the fort and the attackers would have a time of 20 min or the defending team would win. The event could only start if there were players in at least two opposing factions.

If they wanted pvp, then they wouldn’t be satisfied with making agreements. They would just want pvp to show their dominance. If you have the chance for pvp and you don’t take it, you don’t really want pvp.

I just write for my boys in faction, get 5 ppl and lets go pking in great clave;D after 10 min only green boys was runing pvp misions xD

They do want to PvP but when running PvP missions is the most efficient way, players will do that. Make the PvP kills and game modes the most efficient way and you will see players flocking to participate

The vast majority of NW players dont want pvp. Just because there are ~10 vocal persons about it on the forums doesn’t change that fact.

Deal with it (not you personally), and let us pve’ers enjoy the game and carry you in mutations and wars (for which we have better gear because we play all parts of the game).

Yeah i see that. For the life of me i dont understand why ags is so stingy in gs bumps and umbrals in pvp modes. Hell give 6000 umbrals for an opr win…500 for an arena win with no daily cap. Literally, who cares if its so? Give a 10gs bump for every weapon under 600 on an open world pvp kill. For some reason ags has decided that dungeons and mutations are the only way, and they have decided to die on that hill. Baffles me.

Since this game does not support alts the only way to keep people playing is through slow, grindy gear progression. If they speed it up a lot of their remaining player base would cap everything and retire to another game very quickly.

True for those remaining…but in general they lose more players than they keep with this method.

It’s another slap in face that losing outpost rush gives no xp or azoth salt. Like at least you are trying to participate in pvp and not abusing the new no punishment for leaving the game hotfix

Absolutely agree, now all PVP players just running pvp missions in Great Cleave non stop … Ow sry, it is not pvp missions, coz they don’t fight … So, all pvp players going pve … It looks really funny)))

30 min cd to get anything from a flagged kill is so stupid as well

On my server, there are around 40+ Greens running the pvp quests and they kill anyone they see meaning one faction only is getting the missions and while you could say “Get your faction to do it” besides the fact that would be hard to do it would turn the missions into one big constant pvp battle.
So right now you have one faction gaining lots of salt while everyone else is limited.

Sorry but this is a community problem not AGS problem.
On my server there was a lot of players from different factions running the PvP missions on great cleave I’m a relative peace… then one yellow clan decided to kill everyone else, 5 minutes later it turned into the biggest mass PvP I’ve ever seen, more than 200 players fighting each other near the camp, my fps got bellow 20 the whole fight lol

So the tools to make a great PvP content are there, the problem is most people don’t want any challenge they just wanna exploit and cheese everything to get easy rewards.

The only thing I would say it’s stupid as hell is the cap on XP and Salt from Arenas. The only reason people were swapping forts is this cap because it’s actually faster and more fun to play arenas and farm XP than stand on a fucking point doing nothing.

This is nothing but AGS fault.

you trying to blame the players for finding the quickest method to do x without wasting their time.This happens in every game.AGS should’ve already known the min/max route.They made the system and people will exploit that system when given the chance.They just keep giving people a way to exploit.

Allowing one method to be faster than another method and wounder why people choose to do the easier one…

You want a BIS pvp ring? well its rng for 1.And actual pvping is one of the slowest way to get it…hmm.Yea i can’t see why people are fort swapping.
