No access to game

So I guess maintenance is done so they say.

But i still cant access the game. I keep getting an error saying that “No product information found, cannot initialize game. Please contact Customer service for this product.” Customer service is a whole mess for the game on its own. In queue to talk to someone.

Anyone else getting this error?

Playing starting the game from steam and in the US.

i’ve got the same notification in EU but idk what to do…

I have ran into that issue and the only fix i found for that was to disable IPv6 in your network adapter. This just gave me another error when logging into my character tho. Games been broken for me for 3 days.

I have gained access to actually pick my server now. lets see if i can actually enter game.

And now in. Didnt do anything to change anything.

Just kept trying i guess.

Thank you for the report. Im sorry for the issue you have. Please check the following: Launch Error - Product Information not found

You can also close and relaunch the Steam client. Then go to Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files in order to Verify Integrity of Game Files.
