No access to the seasonpass

Hi all,
I have started a new character a few days ago and reached lvl 17 in the meantime.
I could not access the steampass via F9. Is this a bug or is a higher lvl needed ??
Thanks for any advice!

doesn’t it all unlock at level 60?

the first step on the journey is “reach level 60” and as a lot of the card tasks are aimed at tier 5 things that kind of makes sense.

Season Pass unlocks at LvL 25.
