finished main story quest but never got t5 azoth staff. I wouldn’t be stupid enough to salvage it either.

I do apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Please confirm if the mission “The Tempest’s Hearth - Level 60” is completed.
If its complete and no Azoth staff was given to you, please proceed to contact AGS customer support to escalate that your T5 Azoth Staff is missing after completing the quest.

what does this response mean? t5 azoth staff has been bugged since the beginning of this game(over a year ago btw - just incase you guys forgot about other reports of t5 azoth staff bugs).
open world content? this game has been pretty much dead until brimestone came out. what the f are we suppose to do while there is NO fix for the missing t5 azoth staff. can’t do new dungeon, can’t use the runestones. that content is what we have been looking forward to. WHY IS AGS GATEKEEPING PLAYERS FROM THEIR CONTENT. HOW HARD IS IT TO WRITE ONE LINE OF CODE.
AGS, forgive me for being a Karen, but damn you guys. this t5 azoth staff has been a known bug to you guys for at least a year or some shit. are you guys not fixing this bug because the majority of the player base has their staff? that’s some lame a$$ $hit.
