No bonus Crafted items when making Hearty Meals

Are you only using low tier ingredients, that may affect bonus crafts

I have tried several different ingredients and even went back to the main ones i was using during leveling. I have found that certain lower tier recipes still give the bonus crafted the only one is the tier 5 hearty meals which has not. I have crafted at minimum 300 and got 0.
