Dear Developers,
I hope this finds you well as I am not very amused by the treatment I have received by you. I feel like I am in a bad relationship with a Nigerian Prince who very much enjoys taking my money and is now ghosting me. I have written uncountable tickets and had many chats with Support Heroes that aren’t able to fix or even simply address all the problems, I have experienced.
First, since my transfer from Opar, I am unable to use/access my friend list, which sounds like a tiny insignificant problem but in an MMO where you do not know anybody or have any real life friends regularly playing with, is a big deal.
Second, I cannot access any of the items that are supposed to be provided with the purchase digital deluxe edition of the game. I have had chats and tickets about this that fixed it temporarily but as before they aren’t accessible (skins and item such as the pet).
Third, the second puppy that I acquired through the expedition quest, disappeared from my inventory as regularly other things disappear other random items when manually transferred to the bank. For example, I have noticed this with greater amounts or motes, wisps and essences.
I desperately need a developer to fix my database entry.
When I write a ticket about any issue, I experience, someone writes me a nice message that my account has been flagged and this has been given to a developer. That I will be hearing back within the next 24 till 72 hours, of which I am still waiting. It has been months now that I am rewriting tickets about issues and I keep getting the same answers.
I do not know what else to do anymore, as I love the game with whole heart and do not want to stop playing.
