No compensation received for missing house since update 1.0.4

To reiterate, I have been missing my Cutlass Keys house since patch 1.0.4. In the patch notes of patch 1.0.5 the developers committed to either restore access to houses or provide compensation if players had already purchased three other houses. I am in the latter group and have received no compensation. A promise is a promise, so please compensate me and other players whose house and furniture were lost in patch 1.0.4.

Hi xXNightXx. I did contact live customer service when this happened in October 2021. They directed me to make a forum post and that the issue would be resolved in a future update.

To avoid running in circles, could you please confirm that live customer service is empowered to resolve this issue for me today?

Just as a reminder, I lost a T2 house, my first house purchase discount and an assortment of furniture in October 2021. Compensation was promised in the patch notes of patch 1.0.5 but has not been received.
