- What is your character name in New World: Teael
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Dry Tree
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: unable to do damage to any mob in instance (Lazarus mutated). Happened twice:
(1) first time was yesterday evening in instance M2 Lazarus. Combat log suddenly stopped showing any damage being given to mobs. Visual monitoring of mob HP bar indicated no damage being received by mob. Company member verbally reported a similar occurence the day before and said leaving instance, restarting the game client, then rejoining instance fixed the problem. I left instance, shut client, restarted client, rejoined instance and within instance damage now showed on screen and visual monitoring of mob HP bars showed damage being received by mob.
(2) Just now did an M6 Lazarus. At start of instance combat log stopped working, no damage shown. Left instance, shut down client, restarted client, rejoined instance. This time combat log from ice gauntlet only showed damage for ice spike, but showed nothing for any other attacks. Visual monitoring of mob HP bars showed ice spike was hitting mobs and they were taking damage, but no other attacks did any damage. Ended up having to swap another company member in for me.
#In both cases, once I had left the instance I was able to do damage to mobs and the on screen combat log numbers showed up again, so it seems to be an instance bug? - Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: it killed the game as you can’t damage anything and we ended up wasting a mutated orb as the time it took blew any chance of a nice clean run.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no for the second time.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: issue was not reproduced as it costs a mutator orb to ‘check’. If you supply them free I’ll spend time checking all you want!
