No data in character bio and character achievements

  • What is your character name in New World: Treasure Hunter
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Hades
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: In game achivement section nothing. Please look attachment. The same issue is in character title, I cannot just change it there is nothing.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Press ESC, then go to character bio or achivement and feel the experience of fully priced raw game.

I have this issue as well. here are my details.

  • What is your character name in New World: Grexy
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: blefuscu
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: In game achievement section nothing. Please look attachment. The same issue is in character title, I cannot just change it there is nothing.

Same issue for me also, and for a friend. Seriously spoils character immersion.

Mine got fixed automagically after a couple of days. waytogo!

Yup same problem here. It was fine on the first day but now all messed up both in achievements and the bio to change the title.
Character details:

  • What is your character name in New World: Shadow Adder
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Vourukasha
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: In game achivement section nothing. Please look attachment. The same issue is in character title, I cannot just change it there is nothing.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I won’t play that character until it is fixed. I’ll play one of my other two but that was my first character.

EDIT - I just logged into my second character and have the same issue there too. Both are on US West Coast servers. The third character is on a US East Coast server and there is no issue there, yet.
2nd Character:
Name - Adder Bourne
Server - Taenarum

Same issue for me. However, in my case (and this is possibly coincedental) I deleted my original character and created a new character on a new server with the same name, Original character was fine (as far as I recall - I could at least select titles). “New” character has this issue.

  • Character Name - Victor Goodmunch
  • Issue that occurred - above
  • Time and Date - all time
  • World/Server - Oponskoye
  • Location where issue occurred - anywhere
  • Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue - viewing achievements or Bio section

Edit: the next time I logged in and checked, it was normal. Weird.
Edit2: and the time after that it was bugged again.

Hi everyone

I got onto Customer Service for this one as it was an issue for me.

It can be resolved by the following :

1 - Quit the game if already open.
2 - Right click on the game in your library in Steam, then click on the properties, after that click on local files.
3 - Click on verify integrity.
4 - Relaunch the game after the integrity check finishes.

Fingers crossed you don’t get a queue going back in, but this process resolved the “Uninitialized” issue for me.

That validation might work and it might not. It didn’t work for me. I just tried it.

Yesterday (Thursday) I had to validate for a different issue on my 2nd character. I started using the reward skins from the deluxe edition and twitch drops and half way through, I got a ‘lag detected’. Then I had to leave the game to get back in. Thereafter, every 5 to 10 minutes the same thing would happen and every one had a different error message. Support directed me to Steam and I validated my files. 3 didn’t validate so they were redownloaded and installed. That fixed the lag issue but then this issue popped up. The current validation confirmed that all files were fine. There’s something else going on here.
