recently i changed from Alliance faction to Syndicate Faction and when doing the missions again of the faction, the 2nd mission does not allow you to do it, it tells you where to take it in B.Forest but it does not allow you to take it and this BUG. “Xiaoling biyu” does not offer it although the map offers you the possibility. Please fix the quest of The Scribe’s Test, everyone in my guild passes it and me too, or fix my player(Riversong level 60) I am at a great disadvantage and this faction should be compensated for players who are stuck in this option and unable to progress.
Exactly the same thing happens to me, I can’t go on. I made the report in the forum but they do not respond to me. I need to continue with the faction missions and I cannot hear because the mission does not appear.
Please, i need that this will fix in my faccion account. Today all of my coleague have max level and in my case , only level 2 and the quest need level low but i am level 60.

Be sure to have your game logs ready in case they ask for them:
- Provide 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
- DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

i have reported this with Support INGAME on December and in Amazon Games too but the same thing…please check my player and see the quest that its complete since december when i was in purple faction before i changed on yellow faction.
Now i return and only map check this mision, but NPC dont give me the quest.
