No free server transfer token available

Although I never transferred servers in New World before, after I logged in yesterday I didn’t have any free server transfer token available in in-game shop for my character. I kindly ask for help with this issue or at least information why I don’t have a token, as I would like to transfer servers as quickly as possible to join my friends. i play this game day 1 and never got a token and its keeping me from playing the game bc i dont wanna restart my lvl and loot, all my friends are on a different server

Yeah I also bought the game near the day 1, but then went on a break until server transfers will be available, logged into game after a month or something like that and no token for me ;/ but well maybe there is no need for new/returning players in New World…

Regarding the transfer token missing for you @marcin.majchrzak91 as stated on the post shared by @KuroAmaterasu the transfer tokens were given only to players with active accounts at the moment. If you think this is not the case for you, please provide me the following information to escalate the issue.
