This is second time this has happened.

- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Ruach
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: No one can sign up for Everfall invasion
- Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Can’t defend territory
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Not yet
- (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: No real way to show it, just E doesn’t show up on war board and manage army returns “No war”. Other territories can be signed up for though.
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Try to sign up for Everfall invasion on my server. Unable to interact with war board, and manage army returns “No war to sign up for”.
