What server/world did you experience your issue on: Not a server. Problem is upon launching the game.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: When I launch the game, and the New World splash screen appears, the game crashes with the error "No product information found, cannot initialize Game. Please contact customer service for this product.

I realize that this is in the “Known Issues” section, but gathering data on the frequency of the issue could shed light on how prevalent the issue is among all users, and allow for a better allocation of resources to fix the problem.
