Been playing NW for about a week, and I’m loving the world and exploring in it, it’s been amazing.
But I realized a little while ago that I haven’t ever seen any rain, or snow, or anything. I’ve only been in level 1-25 zones so far, so maybe there’s other weather in other territories? I also remember seeing snow in one of the trailers for the game.
I find it strange that a game with richly detailed environments as this one has that it wouldn’t at least have some rain cycles in it.
There is snow, wind and rain in other zones!
For what it’s worth, I did hear (or maybe I read) somebody say that he had seen rain in a specific zone. I can’t confirm it since I didn’t witness it. If it true, then it seems that weather may be zone specific.

I mean there are turkeys… where are horses? Where are chicken? Where are squirrels? This island has a very basic wildlife. Insects? Reptiles? It just doesn’t exist.
