no reward from amazon game

Hello, I received 2 amazon game awards, but only one was delivered.

Weapon skin set did not arrive

I’m probably asking the obvious but did you go into character inventory / loadout and choose to change the skin of your weapons? This is how I found my skins from other rewards.

Welcome to the New World’s Forums. (｡◕‿◕｡) Thank you so much for your report in our Forums about your request wiping your character back. I also want to thank Nightwatch for all the help provided.

Once you finish checking Nightwatch’s suggestion, please follow this troubleshooting related with the troubleshooting related with the AGS files that are linked within New World:

1. Windows + R type in %APPDATA%
2. Go to Local and Roaming (Both files will include an AGS file) and open them.
3. Rename the AGS sub-folder ‘‘New World’’ to something different like ‘’_New World"
4. This will refresh the cache files within New World.
5. Restart your PC.
6. Re-launch New World.
