Not only am I not able to log into the server where I already have my character but there is at least a one hour queue to join ANY server in EU Central. Please add more servers or increase capacity, this should be a baseline investment on your side. The game is very interesting but poor performance in this aspect might very well kill the hype.

I wish they fixed the queues atleast. People are getting kicked from the queue after being there for hours and hours and then put back much furtrher in the queue again.

I am from Italy so I was trying to log into Brittia which is where I managed to play up to level 4 yesterday (before being disconnected in the middle of a quest btw). There are only two suggested EN/IT servers and the other one has a queue of 4000 people. I was 19th, then got disconnected, now 32nd. Unbelievable.
i try to create character in any server with low queue, but still long time queue, because no1 left.
