its not an user issue / client issue. the names come from a DB and they are even shown wrong on the amazon server page.
Yup, figured it was me, tried so many things…nope, even Amazon’s website shows the list like this. No server names at all…

Can you change server more than once? also is server transfer even up in EU
not sure if it was disabled. i thought it was too, but i had 3 friends successfully transfer literally minutes before me and 2 other friends. hours later, 2 more tried transferring and succeeded without a problem. seems like its working for half of the people trying, while the others are SOL while they work on a solution.
however, i did read a reply on another thread about server transfers and they had said they eventually did get to transfer even after not being able to after clearing the trade orders. apparently they had just waited…and gold (presumed to be gold that was “on hold” from past orders, since the whole trading post is bugged; no one was giving or gaining gold even though transactions went through and kept in transaction logs) went into their account and was able to transfer after the fact.
i can’t verify that, as i’ve been online all day, no magical gold and still not able to transfer. and that this is the first ive heard of someone being able to transfer that way.
@Luxendra when can we expect an answer? Man you need some help, tell your boss to hire some more community managers and devs and tell them that communication is paramount, we all want to be in the loop here. I’m setting aside times to play with mates, for the last 2 weeks now but nooooo still cant transfer.

Server transfers have not been disabled but we are seeing players having trouble transferring if they have potential sell/buy orders on the trading post (See the notice here: [Notice] Trading Post and Server Transfer Issues)
The server name issue should also be fixed.

I still have the server name issue. Can’t see any names, just random numbers “live-1-11-4” etc
it isn’t fixed. As of now i still have numbers at the serverlist which is stopping our company from transfering since we don’t know which number belongs to which server.
is this 100% reliable? I don’t want to use my char transfer now, to then end up on the wrong server because AGS are too stupid to keep the server naming shown to the user!
