Left the game because of the bugs and the Fresh Start seems to be full of old problems. It seems like Amazon should go back to selling books. They really don’t know what they are doing if everyone is stuck in queues again.
***but they refuse to answer one simple question, stay in a queue that is way more than the server can handle or cancel and try for the next server? ANYONE KNOW?

Have you ever tried to fit 30 thousand people through a door before? There is gonna be a line, the Que will last a couple days then it will die out.

lol that is good enough for you but if you are doing this roll out and knew this maybe it should have been made public that queues will be hours long so people don’t bother waste so much time
You can also just do simple basic math, fresh start have been highly anticipated for a while. It’s a re launch of the game. Of course there is gonna be a Que. anytime ANY MMO or even overwatch 2. Come out with a big patch or anything. There is a Que. everytime.

well if they knew there would be hours or days wait that should have been posted so people are not sitting here complaining, as long as I wait I will continue to complain because they set it up this way
They did post and warn everyone about queues … like several times… and everyone talked about it in world chat since it was announced.

only in the forums… they were pushing this on Steam and they did not mention anything about the bad release AGAIN. they did not even post anything about the delays to steam, so if you are not a forum member you were out of the loop.
The only way to avoid queues would be if the game were designed (1) with shards/layers (which as we know it is not) and/or (2) the game design foresaw a higher server cap than it currently does overall (which it won’t, due to the basic design of the game). Even a game like WoW which has much higher total caps and sharding still has launch caps, just smaller ones. A game designed like this one? Well, it was clear that there would be massive queues.

So i transfered between 2 worlds after launch of new servers and all i get is LAG DETECTED error when launching and i cant do anything… restarted game but nothing

No, designed. The game world, the territorial control, the amount of resources, etc. It’s all designed around the small 2500 cap. It’s design.

If this was expected maybe open more doors? If they can’t handle the volume then maybe they should let you know beforehand so not to piss of the players thinking about returning to a game thwarted by incompetence.
then how is my queue over 6500? by poorly managed I am referring to only making one server available in each region but having more than that available but not for hours? this staggered release is the bad management that I am talking about
I think they lesson you learned from this is to check a games forum/website for info about a major release if you are interested in playing. Had you done that you would be aware of all of this and could have made a better plan. The rest of the player base knew we were going to wait so we prepared with snacks and drinks

I agree on the staggered release. The idea behind it wasn’t bad (get players to spread out by planning what slot to join), but no matter what the main issue is that the caps are always low in the game so there would be queues no matter what anyway, so the idea, while okay in theory, was always going to be unworkable for this game due to its very low caps by design.
Your queue is over 6500 because the design of the game allows around 2500 map-wide, which means 500-1000 max in the starter zones, all of which is very low compared to the typical demand of an MMO launch day (or a soft relaunch). We saw the same thing at the initial launch.
So, I get why you’re pissed. Nobody likes queues. But queues were inevitable with the way this game is made.
I did a character transfer and all i get is lag detected and auto kicked after 5 min. Cant even move my character and it spawns with different apparel… thank you Amazon
but they don’t even give any good advice in the forums as to how they plan on using the staggered release of fresh start worlds. I am at 6500 in Medea, should i wait here or move to the next fresh start that will open? the uncertainty is the real problem and amazon sucks at giving information.
**edit and Amazon limits the number of post you can do a day so a newbie can’t even have a discussion to learn what is going on

You know this happens in FF14 every expansion, right? My brother had a 14hr que when endwalker came out and queues were around for weeks. Do you think they should be better than square enix in terms of roll outs?
Your expectations are not realistic even for long established studios.
I was getting people at home to log in for me, so I could play when I got home from work… I remember it well 
lol. Even then, I had a little bit of wait time when I got back.
