Not able to accept PVP missions

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, tried restarting game, waiting for the next day, turning pvp on and off, try in different settlements, everything I could think of.

Okay, what fixed it for me was abandoning some other faction missions. I didn’t know there was a capacity limit on faction quests. It should tell me that!
