Not able to join friends in faction tied for most territories

I contacted customer support twice!!!

First respons mail was someone who didn’t even understand what I was asking.
Second time I get told that “amazon can’t help”.

All I want is to switch factions from ‘syndicate’ to ‘marauder’.

The game doesn’t let me because both factions are tied for the most territories and the game keeps saying “Marauder has the most territories so you can’t join them”.

Seriously … a MMO where you can’t join your friends and get told off by customer support …

Well that was the last euro I’ve ever spend on this mess!

I’m sorry for the delayed response, you can’t change to the faction that owns the most territor,
you would also have to make sure that you are not trying to join the majority faction, or already have 120-day lockout. Very soon it will be 60-day lockout. [Dev Blog] Update on Current Issues #2
