Unable to transfer to another world. I have not transfered previously. As trying to transfer I was told I needed to cancel all my trading post buy/sell orders. I traveled to every Settlement in the entire map to check my buy/sell orders. All settlements have 0 out of 100. I then proceeded to restart the game, nothing. I got offline for about 20 minutes to see if that would fix it, nothing. Hovering over the step 2 to transfer it say I cannot have any buy or sell orders still.

I am having the same issue. An hour I’ll never get back running between settlements because I don’t have enough azoth.
