Not gaining reputation on fresh start

My son and I are playing on a fresh start world (Isabella). He has already gotten 2 levels in Windsward. I am still sitting at 0/150. We have done the exact same things the entire time.

I am sorry to read about you are not gaining reputation on the fresh start server. Am I wondering are you and your son playing in different computers? if so, can you please try the following steps in your computer in order to troubleshoot this:
