Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still no gold after logging in.
I don’t do anything after logging in for at least 5 mins every time. Because I know about that issue.

Went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling. Still no gold popping up from offline sales. Been writing down my total gold and putting ~500-1000G of goods on the auction house to test it. Just incase It’s just not showing up but it’s still giving it to me type thing.
This has been a problem for over a week now. So I’ve had many different relogs that have failed to fix the problem. This is not just a 1 time thing. It is still very much so an active problem. I just missed 7k (had to afk to go to town) of crafting materials being sold and that gold is now gone. I have been forced to pull all my auctions every time I log out. So I basically don’t sell anything anymore. Hard to justify spending the gold to list expensive stuff when I have to take it down when I need to log out.

I also have reset to default all my in game settings and tried repairing the game in the steam client.
This does not work. You don’t get paid even if you don’t teleport for 10-15 minutes.
I lost like 30k the other day. I won’t be using the TP anytime soon.
I pull my auctions when I log. And yea, my trust of the TP has been demolished. I can’t sell any of my things. I’m going to be broke soon and that’s it. Guess New World has decided I am done playing it lol being able to sell stuff is prolly one of the most important parts of the game.
I really don’t want to even think how much was lost before I caught on. I’m prolly out 100k on this little bug. And it appears we are getting the cold shoulder from support. Not very surprising. Glad it’s not just me though, I mean I’m sorry it’s happening to you as well but. Lol
Just to clarify, this is not a one time thing. This is every single time I log on no money from any auctions is showing up. Regardless of how long I wait. Or how many auctions were bought (given away) of mine. I have not received gold upon logging in for about a week now. Despite a plethora of my auctions being handed out for free.

Newest discovered information: I have a character on USeast that I hopped on to see if its just a localized issue. It also is failing to receive funds from auctions that are bought while offline. So I really have no idea what the problem is. Very confused and frustrated. Please send help

Placed a single item for sale for an inflated price and screenshotted my gold amount. Logged off. Friend purchased item, received it. After a few minutes, I logged in. Waited 10 minutes without travelling. I did not receive the income.
The trade post is unusable in this state, and we’d appreciate some sort of acknowledgement.
They don’t care. I am out of gold cuz I cant sell things on the TP. Guess the game is over for us. No way to make gold anymore.
If it doesn’t work after the patch tomorrow, I’m going to get very squeaky wheel with customer service. Filling buy orders where the under/over isn’t awful doesn’t cut it.
we can hope that in some unintentional way they fix it. Which would not be too surprising considering the spaghetti code they used to make this game. Sadly I don’t see this problem just disappearing from a server reset either. I have a toon on USwest (my main) and US east (the one that I made on day 1). Both toons are failing to receive gold from auctions completed while offline. So I think it has something to do with server to client connectivity. But who really knows with new world. It could be quite literally anything; from an item that we put in our homes to a specific item we sold one time and broke the TP for us. It effecting both my toons on separate realms makes me believe it has something to do with our connection between client and server.
I saw you reinstalled. Did you try resetting your cache?
Can you provide your character names? We do see some cases of this happening and are actively prioritizing a fix for this.
@Teamtom - Can you confirm the last time this happened to you? I’m not seeing it between now and July 17th.
Its really difficult to keep track off with the current past sales history in the tradehouse. Its time to rework this with more details about what you sold, what time, what amount and how much gold. It should also show more clear what is sold and what listings where returned to inventory. I would prefer a list of all the individual sales rather than a collective post when the listing is completly sold out. Also the on screen popups only show the gold from sales and not what you sold.

@teamtom @Aenwyn I am fixed now. I guess my past gold is vanished but at least I can play trade post now.
I can’t DODGE anymore because AGS locked one of my critical keybinds, but I can stand in town all day I guess. 
Same. pretty astonishing really. Yea our gold we lost is loooooong gone. Happy to be able to use the tp again thou. Although it appears they slightly messed up their filter addon. You can’t see how many items each sell order has until clicking on it as well. I can’t see how that is something they meant to do. sometimes I wonder why they even made a PTR. If they are just going to not use it how its intended to be used. Like checking your update before shipping it to live XD.
